The problem with used WRXs is you can buy them new for only a few grand more. The used ones are usually beat on, and if you’re financing you can get better rates with Subaru on a new car.

The exact reason(s) why I’ll never buy a used WRX or STI.

I bought a used WRX once. Ended up cracking a ringland a year later.

Every dealer by me is around 30-32k for a new WRX

Jesus, why? I can find some stripper models for around $26k. The decked out cars are going for $30-32k. Which would be dumb since you can get an STI for $35k.

STI’s are pushing 36+

Wow - most I’ve seen around here are $34k-ish for a STI. New WRX’s are $26k-ish, more for the Limited or whatever they call the fancy models.

That’s not bad if WRXs are 30-32. Might as well get an STI.

Lowest I found was 39k
